Is the establishment admitting defeat in 2009? Referring to the libertarian uprising in America, Progressive writer at The Hill, declares Ron Paul to be the "Winner of the 2009 elections." He states, "[Paul's] agenda has moved center stage and his people are highly motivated and this is a serious movement that is underestimated and misunderstood by Washington insiders."
